1. What Squibo is

Squibo is a focus and routine app that uses visual timers, ambient sounds, and routine tools. It is a support tool, not a medical device, and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition, including ADHD. For medical advice, consult a qualified professional.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Squibo on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) applies.

3. Subscriptions & pricing

Squibo's core melting-acorn timer, one ambient room, and Lock Screen Live Activities are free. Squibo Pro unlocks all ambient rooms, routines, single-task mode, widgets, and the acorn collection. Pro is offered as auto-renewing subscriptions purchased through Apple:

Squibo Pro Weekly — $4.99 / week, with a 3-day free trial.
Squibo Pro Yearly — $39.99 / year, with a 3-day free trial.

Prices are in US dollars; the exact amount may vary by country, currency, and applicable taxes, and is always shown in the App Store before you confirm a purchase.

4. Billing, renewal & free trials

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase (or at the end of the free trial, if one is offered).
Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price of the plan you selected.
Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
If a price increases, Apple will notify you in advance and, where required, ask for your consent before charging the new price.

5. How to cancel

You can cancel anytime — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep Pro access until then:

On your iPhone: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Squibo → Cancel Subscription.
Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription — please cancel via the steps above.

6. Refunds

All purchases are processed by Apple, so refunds are handled by Apple under their terms. To request one, visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID. We can't issue refunds directly because we never receive or store your payment information.

7. Acceptable use

Don't reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the app or its assets (including the Squibo character) without permission.

8. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

Squibo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the new terms. Material changes will be reflected by the date above.
